Casa Milà (La Pedrera)

Mr. and Mrs. Milà, a couple from Barcelona’s high society, commissioned this project to Antoni Gaudí in 1906. Controversial work from the very beginning, the people of Barcelona did not understand it and gave it the nickname of la Pedrera (stone quarry) for its appearance. It is Gaudí’s last finished work, a testament to his professional maturity. Do not miss it!
